⚓ Boat & Diving Safety Information

To help you enjoy the beautiful ocean of Okinawa 🌊, please read the following important onboard and diving guidelines before your dive.
🚤 About the Boat
🙏 Manners
Other diving shops and Japanese guests will also be on board.
Please be considerate of others and follow proper manners.
✔️ Do not spit on the deck
✔️ Keep your voice down
✔️ Do not lie across seating areas when the boat is crowded
If it does not disturb others, you may relax on the rear deck.
🚻 Toilet
Press the button to flush.
🗑️ Do not flush toilet paper—please dispose of it in the trash bin.
🤢 Seasickness
If you feel sick and need to vomit, please do so at the back of the boat.
🚫 Do not vomit in the toilet, as it may cause blockage.
🚿 Shower
A shower is available on board and can be used between dives or after diving.
💧 When the boat is crowded, please help conserve water.
🚬 Smoking
Smoking is allowed only at the rear of the boat in the open (uncovered) area.
🍺 Alcohol
Please do not drink alcohol until we return to the port after diving.
🤿 About Diving
⬇️ Entry
All dives enter from the rear of the boat.
After entering the water, gather on the surface. Once everyone is ready, we will descend.
👂 Equalize your ears during descent.
👍 If you are OK, please give the guide an OK sign.
⬆️ Exit
When boarding the boat, please remove your fins if possible.
Hold the ladder, extend your legs backward, and the guide will remove your fins.
🌊 Drift Diving
After the safety stop, surface and stay close together as a group.
🤝 Hold the tank of the diver in front of you to avoid drifting apart.
🚤 Even if the boat approaches, do not swim toward it until the guide gives the OK sign.
After the OK:
- Hold the rope and move to the back of the boat, or
- Swim directly to the back
Divers will board one by one, removing fins before climbing up.
⏱️ Air Pressure Check
When your remaining air reaches the level instructed by the guide, report it immediately.
Usually around 80–100 bar.
⚠️ In Case of Trouble
If you experience any problem underwater, do not ascend rapidly.
Signal the guide first.
🧭 If You Get Lost
If you become separated from your group:
⬆️ Ascend immediately
🚩 Signal the boat
🚤 Return to the boat
Do not search underwater.
📍 Dive Sites
Depending on sea conditions and other guests, multiple dives may be conducted at the same dive site.
