Pre-health check

This applies to all divers. Please fill out the medical questionnaire ( 
Diver Medical | Participant Checklist | Medical Examination Doctor's Evaluation Sheet ) in advance. Depending on the nature of your condition, a doctor's certificate may be required. For details, please see the "Participant Application Form Set" below. *A doctor's evaluation sheet is required for anyone aged 60 or over, regardless of their medical history.

Plane

You cannot fly on the day you dive. Please return on a flight the next day (18 to 24 hours later). *Diving is possible on the day of arrival.


Settlement

Payment can be made on site by cash or credit card.


Cancellation Policy

In the event of bad weather, typhoons, flight cancellations, or ship cancellations

  • There is no cancellation fee.

In case of customer convenience

  • A cancellation fee of 10,000 yen will be charged if you cancel 8 days or more in advance.
  • For long distance flights such as Aguni and Tonaki, or during long holidays, a cancellation fee of 10,000 yen will be charged from 15 days in advance.
  • If you cancel the day before or on the day of your reservation, a cancellation fee of 20,000 yen will be charged.

We also have to pay cancellation fees to the boats we have arranged, so sudden cancellations are extremely inconvenient. Please make sure to avoid cancellations when making reservations.

Examples of cancellations due to customer reasons
・lateness to the meeting time
・poor health, hangover, oversleeping
・no contact
・change of mind
・not making it to the departure time due to traffic congestion


Regarding applications

  • Those with circulatory system diseases, respiratory system diseases, brain diseases, ear and nose diseases, pregnant women, those with a history of high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, or those with physical disabilities are not eligible to apply. Please consult us in advance if you have any other chronic illnesses or are taking regular medication.
  • If you have any alcohol in your blood from the previous day, you will not be able to participate in the dive. If you smell alcohol on the day of the dive, you will be tested with an alcohol tester.
  • Please fill out the participation application form in advance and read and understand it carefully before coming.
  • If the personal information you provide is no longer needed, we will destroy it.

Pick-up time

For morning transfers, please wait in front of the hotel 5 minutes before the agreed time. Morning transfers are scheduled every 5 or 10 minutes. Therefore, if one person is late, everyone will be late. In most cases, the transfer will arrive a little early, so we appreciate your cooperation.

If you do not show up at the appointed time, do not appear to be coming out of the hotel, or cannot be contacted, your reservation will be canceled on the day.


Pick-up area

We can provide pick-up within Naha city, but there is a pick-up area. Please check the pick-up area in advance and make sure you are staying within that area.
