Cancellation Due to Weather or Operational Reasons

• In cases of bad weather, typhoons, strong winds, or an insufficient number of participants, the boat tour may be cancelled.

No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to these reasons.

Guest Cancellations

• From 2 days before the dive: ¥18,000 per person

This cancellation fee applies to cancellations made 2 days before, 1 day before, or on the day of the dive for personal reasons.

Examples of Guest Cancellations

The following cases are considered cancellations by the customer:

• Being late for the pickup or meeting time
• Being unable to contact the guest
• Changing your plans
• Not feeling well
• Changes to your flight schedule

Last-minute cancellations can cause significant inconvenience.

We need to reserve the boat with the boat operator in advance, so sudden cancellations also cause inconvenience to the boat operator.

We kindly ask that you make a reservation only when you are reasonably sure of your schedule. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
